1.  You must own a Gmail account ( gmail id - email address by google) if you don't have then first create your gmail id 
2. Go to new tab and search for Freenom ( Domain providing site ). Register with your gmail and search for your domain name note you can't get .com or this type extension you will be able to get .ga, .xyz, .abc like this choose one of your suitable domain and then you must fill up your information correctly.
3. Now you must open a new tab and type infinity free on it and click the first link guys you have to register with the same mail id with which you have registered on freenom. Change the Nameservers and wait till the nameservers get updated after updation you have to install your website platform on which you have to build your website.

And After that you are ready to make/design your free website.
